Note her sleeves button up and extend well onto the back of the hand
Large buttons. Wide neckline. Hairstyle/headdress.

Lady de la Pole from the effigy of Sir John de la Pole.
In Chrishall, Essex. Circa 1380
Note her sleeves button up past elbow and extend well onto the back of the hand
Large buttons. Hairstyle/headdress. Tippets Bottom hem is short and has a border.

In Broughton, Lincolnshire. Circa 1390
Note her sleeves button up and extend well onto the back of the hand
Many small buttons down front. Neckline reveals cleavage.

Heraldic dress. Fillet and braids.

Ladies de Malyns from the effigy of Sir Reynold de Malyns and his two wives.
Effigy in The Church of St. Andrew, Chinnor, Oxfordshire. Circa 1385
Note Both ladies are wearing over gowns fastened with large buttons down the front.
In both cases the buttons are affixed to the edge of the gown.
One gown has long sleeves and the other has short, revealing the buttoned sleeves beneath.
One wife wears a zig-zag headdress and the other wears a nebule headdress.
Overgowns appear to be agatheed into a round neckline.
Both gowns and dresses are short enough to reveal the toes of their shoes.

This is most likely an artistic convention.
The same dot in ring decoration appears on the belt as well.
The belt appears to end in a bell.
She has uppersleeves with integral dagged tippets.
